Shipping To Us


When shipping your laptop to us, please use these guidelines to help ensure a smooth shipment.

- Securely package your laptop in a box with bubble wrap so that it does not get damaged while it's on route to us.
- Please include your order number that was emailed to you.
- Ship your laptop to us with a tracking number and please provide it to us once you have it by contacting us, so we can track your shipment.
- Check the status of your repair online on our website. We will update your order with repair details and let you know when we received your laptop.

Shipping Back to You


Unless otherwise discussed or specified by you that you wish to pay for your own shipping, we will ship your laptop back to you for free via UPS Standard Ground Shipping. This shipping method will include a tracking number, which will be updated in your order number and is trackable online 24hrs a day. We will return your laptop in the packaging in which you sent it to us in.

Other shipping methods are available if requested, such as Express and Overnight shipping. For these options or if you have any questions, please contact us.
