How It Works
Step 1: First, we have to determine the Manufacture and Model of your laptop. These two pieces of information can easily be found on the outside of your machine, usually located on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop. Once you have this information, proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Click on the Submit your order link here or at the top of the page to start your order, then continue on to Step 3.
Step 3: Fill out the form with all of the necessary information required to complete your order. Once complete, hit the submit button and then continue on to Step 4.
Step 4: Once submitted, you will be given an order number. Your information will be verified and then you will receive a reply via e-mail within 1 day to confirm your order. This e-mail will give you specific details on what to do next, including a confirmation number, shipping information, a quote of the costs, billing and payment information and any other additional information required if necessary. Once you receive this information, continue on to Step 5. If you do not receive this information via e-mail, please contact us with your order number to sort out any details.
Step 5: Once you have your confirmation e-mail, package up your laptop and have it shipped to the address provided in your confirmation e-mail. Make sure you package it up well, so that it is not further damaged during shipping. Include your confirmation or order number in the box as well as what items you have sent along with the laptop itself, such as power cables, etc. Your hard drive may be taken out if you wish prior to shipping as it is not required for our repairs. You may also wish to have your laptop dropped off personally instead of shipped, this is also an option if this is what you would prefer to do. Click here for more information about shipping. Once your laptop has been shipped or dropped off, continue to Step 6.
Step 6: Sit back and relax knowing your laptop's lcd will soon be replaced and returned back to you good as new. The status of your laptop's repair can be checked online at our website 24 hours a day by using the "track" tool on the right hand site of our website. Simply enter your order number and a status update of your machines repair will be available.
